"You are the God who sees me." - Genesis 16:13
Pain can make you feel invisible, especially when you have learned how to smile while breaking inside. But the Lord has never mistaken your silence for wholeness. He sees the wound you could not explain, the grief you tucked away, and the moments when you kept going because stopping felt too dangerous. His seeing is not distant observation; it is tender nearness. He comes close enough to name what hurts and holy enough to hold it without shame.
What God May Be SayingI saw what happened. I saw what it cost you. You do not have to convince Me that it mattered.
Reflection QuestionWhat pain have I minimized because I was afraid it would be too much for others to hold?
Lord, help me believe that You see me with compassion, not disappointment. Give me courage to bring the hidden places into Your loving presence. Amen.
