💳 Payment Policy
Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom orders
The deposit secures garments, materials, and production time
Remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to pickup or delivery

Stripe | PayPal | CashApp | Zelle | Credit/Debit Cards
Cancellations
Orders canceled after materials are ordered or production begins forfeit the deposit
Please review all designs carefully before final approval
🖌️ Production Policy (DTF & Embroidery)
Production begins only after all order details, designs, and deposit are received and approved.
Information Required to Begin Production
Garment details: style, brand, colors, sizes, and quantities
Artwork: high-resolution DTF files (PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) or embroidery designs
Placement and print/embroidery details
Final mock-up approval
Complete order contact information and shipping/pickup preference
Production Timelines
Up to 50 garments: 10–14 business days
50–99 garments: 14–18 business days
100 garments or more: 21+ business days (28–35 business days for multi-style or complex orders)
Rush Orders
Available upon request with an additional fee (small orders: +20%, large/complex orders: +25–30%)
Rush availability not guaranteed
📦 Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Typical turnaround: 7–14 business days after full order details and deposit are received
Shipping Options
Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days after production
Local Pickup: By appointment only
Rush Orders: Available upon request (fee applies)
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in filing claims
🔁 Refund & Return Policy
Custom Orders
All custom or personalized items are non-refundable after production approval
Confirm spelling, sizing, and artwork before final sign-off
Standard Items
Unworn, unwashed, non-custom items may be returned/exchanged within 14 days for store credit or replacement
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Report within 7 days of delivery; we will correct mistakes promptly
