A Devotional Journey for Women

God Knew You Before You Knew Yourself

Before the womb. Before the wound. Before the years you are still trying to make sense of — He formed you, named you, and prepared a path. Begin here to walk in it.

Your Identity Anchored in Truth

Ephesians 2:10  ·  NKJV

"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."

Purpose does not begin with pressure. It begins with identity. Before you do anything for God, remember that you belong to Him.

Purpose & Identity Prayer

✦   Written Prayer

Father, I come before You as I am — not as I wish I were, not with everything figured out, not with the confidence I think I need before I approach You. I come as a woman in the middle of her story, still learning to trust that You have not lost the thread of it. Anchor my identity in Christ alone. Let what You have spoken over me be louder in my heart than every voice that tried to name me something smaller than what You created me to be. Remove the fear, the comparison, the performance, and the pressure I have been carrying as if they were mine to carry. They were never mine.

Teach me to receive the season I am in — not just endure it. Show me what You are building in the quiet, in the waiting, in the places I have been tempted to call wasted. Give me eyes to see that Your preparation is not passive — that while I have been waiting on You, You have been working in me. Let the gifts You placed inside me rise without apology. Let the good works You prepared before I was born become the path my feet actually walk. Not one day. Now. In this season. With what I already have in my hands.

And Lord — when the step You are calling me to takes more courage than I have, remind me that You are the one going with me. I do not need to have it all together. I only need to obey. Lead me one faithful step at a time, and let each step bring me closer to the woman You always intended me to be.

In Jesus' name, Amen.

Take One Faithful Step Today

You do not have to understand the whole journey to obey God today. Let Him lead you one truth, one prayer, one surrender, and one step at a time.
